New Propel AI Product Updates [October 2026]
We continue to build Propel for our customers and raise the bar with every release. This month, we’ve streamlined the pitching experience and made the workspace easier to manage.
Here are the updates live inside our platform:
1. Notes in more places
Notes are a big part of building strong relationships with journalists, and now it's easier to capture them from the start.
When you add a contact manually, you can add a note right there. The same notes now follow you into Gmail and Outlook through our plugin.
How to use it: Add a note when you add a contact manually. Then, when you're pitching, click the Notes icon to see everything associated with each contact.
2. Automatic follow-up cancellation
If a journalist replies before a scheduled follow-up goes out, we now cancel that follow-up automatically. No more worrying about a follow-up landing in a journalist's inbox after they've already responded.
How to use it: Nothing to do here. The cancellation runs automatically on your scheduled follow-ups.
3. Bulk archiving for media lists
One of our most requested features is here. Instead of archiving media lists one at a time, you can now archive several at once.
It's a quick way to clean up your workspace and keep your active lists front and center.
How to use it: Check the box next to each list you want to archive, then click Archive.

What's Next
With these October 2026 updates, the next time you sit down to pitch, your notes are right there in Gmail and Outlook, your follow-up cancellations are handled, and your workspace shows the lists that matter.
